This Exclusive *ZERO-COST refinancing (either bank's cash rebates or direct subsidy from bank) and/or from S$1,700 new purchase legal fee for purchase applies to ALL residential property purchase transaction up to SGD$2,000,000 and with a minimum loan size of SGD$500,000.  (The legal fees do not include non-standard items like but not limited to bridging loan facilities, fresh Sales & Purchase agreement, reviewing of tenancy agreements, courier charges for clients based outside Singapore and etc.)

To qualify applicants must meet the following conditions:

Clearly lists “Unbiasedsg Mortgage Broker” as a referral on their application form. The bank must also be paying the referral fee in full to Unbiasedsg Mortgage Broker for the package that the client has chosen.

The successful applicant must appoint the partnering law firm recommended by Unbiasedsg Mortgage Broker to act in the purchase. Most banks are included for this exclusive tie-up, however time to time certain banks may still be excluded for various reasons.

The terms, mechanics, and administration of this privilege will be solely determined by Unbiasedsg Mortgage Broker and its exclusive tie up partners who reserve all rights to decide in any dispute whatsoever.
